Second Trailer for Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian | BeyondHollywood.com
The last “The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian” trailer came out a while ago, in December of 2007 to be exact, so you have to wonder what took them so long. This is, as far as I can tell, only the second trailer that’s been released, which has been posted in very high definition form over at Myspace’s Trailer Park site, or just take a look at an embedded version below, which is still pretty decent. Andrew Adamson directs the sequel, which returns Liam Neeson, Tilda Swinton, and Warwick Davis, and adds Ben Barnes as the titular Prince Caspian.
[ident]The enchanted characters of C.S. Lewis’ timeless fantasy come to life again in this second installment of the seven book series, in which the Pevensie siblings are magically and mysteriously transported back from England to Narnia, where a thrilling, perilous new adventure awaits them.[i/dent]
The Prince and the Pevensie kids return May 16, 2008.
High-def Version here.

08-MAY-08
F/X Delayed Caspian Release
Andrew Adamson, director and co-writer of the upcoming sequel The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian, told SCI FI Wire that the movie's complicated visual effects resulted in the film's delayed release, which was pushed to this month from Christmas last year.
"I think the Christmas release date that they very early on intended was never a realistic release date or one I got behind," Adamson told reporters during a press day in New York last week. "It was all I could do to make this one! I literally put the last visual-effects shot in at 2 o'clock on Monday [April 28] and saw a print for the first time on Wednesday [April 30]. So it's been right to the wire."
The director said that the Walt Disney Co. was eager to get the movie out as quickly as possible after its predecessor film, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, made more than $700 million in 2005.
"I think there was hope to make the Christmas date, but once we really got into it and talked about it, it was pretty obvious that we wouldn't make Christmas," Adamson said. "And there was no reason that this needed to be a Christmas release. It made a lot of sense with the last film--Father Christmas was in it, and it was set in winter. [Caspian] felt like it could be a summer film." The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian, which is based on C.S. Lewis' book, opens May 16.
