Another Superhero heading to Smallville?

In TV News, Kryptonsite hears an interesting rumour about a potential surprise guest for this season’s “Smallville” ender.
“Someone e-mailed us the rumor that the Season 3 finale of Smallville, "Covenant," involves a young female named Kara from the planet Krypton. She's been sent by Jor-El to bring Clark home. There's some making out involved, and some talk of "repopulation," so we can only hope this Kara is NOT Clark's cousin, or else that would be weird in a Luke and Leia sort of way. (Of course, we're not sure what the point would be in a Kara who ISN'T Kal-El's cousin on TV, but we don't make the rules). Interestingly, a Kara from Krypton also is currently appearing in Jeph Loeb's current Superman/Batman story arc... could another character from the comics be added to the Smallville mix?”
