Man skall inte ropa hej... Power Rangers har varit uträknad förut. Ursprungligen var det ju tänkt att den skulle sluta efter PRiS.

Redan förra säsongen gick det ju rykten om att även den skulle vara den sista.

Själv hoppas jag den fortsätter. Det är alltid kul att jämföra det Japanska originalet med den amerikanska kopian..

Och så vill jag påpeka att även om han kan vara ganska elak inte bara ett par gånger, så är det bara menat som satir/underhållning och inte att medvetet såra några fans av Power Rangers.

Synd förresten om det skulle dö ut helt. Det är ju trots allt en skojig franchise. Vem vet, kanske den skulle få en revival en vacker dag om det verkligen lades ner.

Power Rangers Actor Sentenced to Death
Skylar Deleon, 29, who appeared in a 1994 "Power Rangers" TV Series and starred in commercials, was sentenced to death after being convicted of murdering an Arizona couple by tying them to an anchor and throwing them overboard from their yacht.

"It is the judgment and order of this court you shall suffer the death penalty as to each count," said Orange County Superior Court Judge Frank F. Fasel, adding that he decided to impose the penalty partly because of the horrific nature of the murders.

Prosecutors said that Deleon pretended to be interested in buying the couple's nearly half-million-dollar yacht and threw them overboard during a test cruise in 2004. They said Deleon and his then-wife, Jennifer Henderson, crafted the plan to kill the Hawkses to steal their boat and savings. After the yacht killings, he and Henderson scrubbed the boat clean with bleach wipes. Deleon used his young daughter to win the trust of the Hawkses, whose bodies were never found.

"It is difficult to imagine a case where it's more cold-blooded and calculated than this series of murders," prosecutor Matt Murphy said after the sentencing. "I can't imagine a situation that is more deserving of the ultimate punishment."

Rätt onödigt att de ska hålla på att dra in Power Rangers i det hela. Försöker de vinkla det så att det blir en ny moralpanik om våldet i media, eller vad är det frågan om?

Jag tror det hela startade med att han drog upp det som en "merit" att han varit med i PR, och media drogs med i det hela...

Åkej, det var på det viset. Jag måste lära mig att läsa igenom artiklar innan jag kommenterar dem.


Kanske det här kan lätta upp en smula efter nyheten om den där mordrättegången.
