Normalt så brukar jag inte skriva om Doctor Who-böcker här, eftersom det kommer ut så pass mycket och intresset bland "normala" svenskar nog är minimalt.

Men i och med att en gigant som Michael Moorcock gett sig in i leken så är man ju tvungen.
